What forms of payment can I use?
All orders are process through PayPal with the option of using Mastercard, VISA, and American Express without a PayPal account. This protects both yourself and Aqualitz.ca from any identity theft as non of your credit card information are stored on Aqualitz.ca All credit card information are process through PayPal in which you either enter your credit card information at PayPals site or use your PayPal account.
Are there spare parts available for my product?

Where can I find installation instructions for my product?
Installation instructions can be found on the inside of every package. We also provide a copy of our product instructions on both our LED Light Installations page and on all of our product pages. If you require any additional assistance with installing our products, please contact our Customer Care Line.
The product I bought is defective. What can I do?
Please contact our customer service line and we will do our best to solve the problem in a timely manner.


Can I use these LED strips outdoors?
No. we do not recommend using our LED strips outdoors as they are not fully water and weather proofed. The intended use for these strips is for INDOORS ONLY.
If I cut an LED Strip, will I be able to extend it later?
Technically speaking, yes. However, we do not recommend this unless you are very comfortable with soldering as it can be quite challenging. The copper contact points provide a positive and a negative terminal that can be soldered to wire and then connected to another section of strip. Take extra care to seal all connections and additional wiring when finished. 
Am I able to cut your LED strips?
Yes. All BriteLED™ strips are cut to size for custom installation – simply cut where the scissor icon sits on the strip, usually between the copper contact points.
If I purchase multiple kits, can I connect them?
YES! All of our LED Strips are easily connectable using our 4 pin connector system. This system makes is easy to connect multiple kits, and will for for both our 48" and 98" kits.


Is my light waterproof?
Most of our automotive lights are IP65 certified.  You can tell just how waterproof the product is by its IP rating. Our product's IP rating should be listed on the packaging or in the product details on our website. In general, here is what you need to know about IP ratings in regards to our products: IP = "In Protection" First Digit = Solids Protection Second Digit = Liquids Protection The higher the number, the more it protects. IP65 = Dust proof and Rain / Splash proof (Can get wet but DO NOT SUBMERGE) IP66 = Dust proof and Rain / Splash proof (Can get wet but DO NOT SUBMERGE) IP67 = Dust proof and Submersible up to 1m (3ft) IP68 = Dust proof and Submersible up to 30m (100ft)
How big is the illuminated rocker switch included with my product?
Our rocker switch is 1.75" long by 1.25" wide.
I’ve installed my lights, and they’ve stopped working. What can I do?
We always recommend that you double check your wiring. Particularly where you have your ground. If your are still having issues, send us an email with a detailed description of your problem, as well as several pictures (or video) including:
  1. What product you purchased
  2. What problem you are having
  3. How you have your product wired
